3. Shipping Fees: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee, with free standard shipping on orders over £45.

4. Carrier and Tracking: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Where advertised, tracking information will be provided to you upon dispatch.

Returns Policy

1. Return Window: We accept returns within 30 business days in compliance with UK law.

2. Eligibility for Returns: Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging and with the protective film intact are eligible for returns.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
